These sometimes hilarious, touching, terrifying, sensual, and meaningful stories explore the depths of human emotion and the heights of human hilarity in roughly a thousand words or less.
Fellow flash fiction writer, Danielle La Paglia writes
A wonderful collection of flash fiction. David explores the spectrum of human emotions from the sorrowful “A Dying Mother” to the silly “Dude, You’re in a Cult.” He takes a sensual turn in stories like “Business Card Flash” and “Deeper Hunger,” but his best work is the poignant “Men’s Room Confessional.”
David’s prose has a beautiful, poetic rhythm to it that pulls the readers in and carries them along the journey of each story.
